With over 15 years of experience in the philanthropic industry, and certified expertise in Plus Delta moves management, Leadership in Action, and Harold D. Craft Executive Leadership certification, Carol brings in-depth experience working with executives, building thriving teams, and has demonstrated the ability to improve overall team performance. A founding member of the Women's Philanthropy Alliance, Carol is committed to creating strategies that include women, those who identify as women, and under-represented populations in the philanthropic sector.

Experience

Carol has developed effective strategies for three separate billion dollar plus campaigns, and has in-depth experience raising gifts at the major and principal gifts levels. Carol's clients include both complex international not-for-profits, and institutions of higher education. Carol believes in co-creating strategies that reflect the unique identity of each organization that she works with and is eager to learn and grow with you and your team.

As a first generation leader who identifies as a woman in the philanthropic industry, I am not only an expert practitioner in the field, but also importantly, a philanthropic impact investor myself. I believe deeply in the power of philanthropy to change the world.
